2. Return Shipping Responsibility

BaniaMart does not arrange reverse pickup for standard returns.
Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking when returning the product.
BaniaMart will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return request:

In case of wrong product or damaged product , please contact the support team within 48 hrs of delivery before initiating return .

Ship the product to the provided address.

Once the product reaches us, it will undergo inspection before any refund is processed.
4. Product Inspection
All returned products are inspected by our quality team.
During inspection we check for:

Based on the inspection result:

If the returned product fails the inspection then customer can request the product back to them but the shipping fees will be applicable depending on product .
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned product passes inspection:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via:

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):
