Every product comes with a 7-day return policy. For damaged or defective products, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with image and video proof; after that, returns will not be acceptable. After we receive the product, your refund amount will be released from our side after product verification. If the product is found to be used or has visible marks, then a partial refund will be initiated (based on product condition) to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with all the details. After initiating the amount, it can take up to 5 to 7 days to display in your account according to the payment method you used for placing the order.
